Apricot paste / Apricot spread is produced from a single ingredient: Golden Figs. Either the Apricots used to make paste is naturally sun-dried and have dark brown colour or are sulphur treated and have deep yellow color.
Apricots are hand selected and prepared, washed, rinsed and then conveyed to a modern high technology production line where it finally converted into a unique paste.
Our apricot paste has ZERO tolerance for true foreign material.
